Log A Support Ticket

1. Tickets must be logged for all technical queries at support@vengatel.co.za
2. Should your internet be down, you can use the Vengatel Whatsapp number 011 868 1148
3. Please ensure that you have a ticket number prior to calling the support department
Our support team consists of the following:
Tier 1 Support – basic technical queries
Tier 2 Support – Fibre related queries and second tier support issues
NOC – More complex network related queries
Should Tier 1, Tier 2 and NOC teams not be able to resolve the issue, an onsite technical team will be
dispatched to resolve the issue.
Should you feel that the query has not been dealt with in a timely and professional matter, please escalate
the matter to ops@vengatel.co.za
